2200HP LSX HONDA CIVIC Called the CIVETTE PROJECT!

We all love and enjoy watching all kinds of customized Detroit muscles that are packing a real monster under the hood, as well as different imports, which are highly tuned and customized, and prepared to do some serious damage on the streets and drag strips! But for some reason (which I`m not going to try to explain), we do not pay much of an attention to the LSX Honda Civic. That is until we come across some totally crazy and bold project, like the one that you are going to see in the following video clip that we have prepared for you today!

It is called The Civette Project, and apart from the fact that it started its life as a LSX Honda Civic, it does not have much Honda left in it, even though it is still a work in progress. The way its owner is telling the story, after he had bought it, he took almost the entire car apart, built a new frame, stretched it, put a roll cage in it, and equipped it with a big block LSX, which combined with the nitrous, should be able to produce astonishing 2 200 HP! The engine alone makes only 800 HP!

Needless to say that he is planning it to be a real beast that will dominate the drag strips, and make heads turn on the car shows! We would not dare to say whether he will succeed in it, but we will definitely give him an A for his effort on this bold and interesting project!

So, if you are intrigued by this, check out the video and find out much more about it from the man behind the Civette Project himself! And if you want to read an interesting article about how to modify your car, click here.
