The first thing he does is he cuts the wires located over the left wheel which unlocks the car without the alarm turning on. Then it time for the real action. He begins by taking the glove box off from the dash board.

This enables him to have easy access to the chip which can be hacked using modern technology. The chip is hidden somewhere behind the glove box and it is easy to take it out. After hacking it, he wires the chip once again. The man tries to start the car, but there is yet another safety feature which stops the car starting up.
