Nissan has a huge presence in Europe. Definitely one of the biggest when it comes to overseas car manufacturers. They have employed more than 14,500 people across Europe for research and development, locally-based design, manufacturing, marketing operations, logistics and sales. Having said that, it`s pretty normal that they are the official automotive sponsor of this huge competition that`s probably the biggest sport event in Europe after the World Cup. For this reason, Nissan Scientists came up with the Nissan Excitement Index.

The Nissan Excitement Index is a formula made by the scientists over at Nissan to determine what`s more exciting – watching soccer at the highest level or being a passenger at a Nissan GT-R. To do this, the scientists over at Nissan joined forces with the Loughborough University. They are comparing how fast your heart goes when watching football and the heart rate when being a passenger in a Nissan GT-R while being driven on the limit. We got to say, it`s a very interesting idea by Nissan and you should definitely take a look. Watch the video below and enjoy!
