The owner did some work on it and actually intended to restore this car so he bought some FoMoCo parts which still sit unopened inside the car, but he abandoned this idea for who-knows what reason. If you want to decorate your yard, get some gnomes or a fountain, because using a 1967 Mustang Shelby GT500 as decoration is a travesty, even though it might be beautiful.
It actually has some kind of bush growing right from the hood – that`s how much attention the owner has given it.
I still wish it would be restored, as this great symbol of American muscle deserves a lot more than to be left rotting in the middle of the yard, especially when there`s a good chance that it would still run after being thoroughly restored and refurbished!
