Hyundai Offers Official Transport with Fleet of 112 vehicles to 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup Turkey!

We don`t know if you are aware of the fact that FIFA U-20 World Cup has its own automotive partner? Guess who it is? Who else, but Hyundai Motor Company. This championship is going to take place in Turkey. Therefore, FIFA`s local organization committee was officially handed over the vehicles at a ceremony that logically took place in Turkey. Representatives from the Turkish Football Federation and from Hyundai Motor Turkey participated at the event that was taking place in one of the stadiums in Istanbul.

Mr. Umit Karaslan, managing director of Hyundai Motor Turkey said that they are honored knowing that these vehicles are given for sport purposes and that they can make some sort of gift for young generations of footballers to have very well organized tournament. He also said that Hyundai Motor Turkey is extremely content with its work for supporting sports and sport spirit. The FIFA U-20 World Cup Turkey 2013 will start on the 21st of June and will end on the 13th of July. It will take place in seven different cities in Turkey. 24 national teams will take part in this championship. As far as Hyundai`s contribution is concerned, Hyundai will give 112 vehicles such as Equus, i40, i30, ix35, H1 models and Genesis. These vehicles are mainly intended for transportation of referees, FIFA`s and Turkish football federation`s representatives.

Hyundai also have some interesting activities for its customers during this championship. In the period from the 15th of June until the 5th of July, Hyundai will organize a test drive all over Turkey and participants will have the opportunity to gain 50 tickets for the final match in this championship.

FIFA and Hyundai have been cooperating since 1999 and they will remain partners until 2022. Hyundai will also take part in the FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014 as an official partner. This partnership and the campaigns of Hyundai have helped Hyundai to increase the visibility of the brand.
