We all know that racers are combining all kinds of car components, starting from the body panels, and ending with the most important thing, the engines, and of course, everything in between. While some of the hardcore muscle car aficionados are strongly opposed to this method of combining different parts, other guys are keeping an open mind and experiment in various ways, in order to come up with a ride that will be as fast as possible -- Mustang Supra!
Today we are going to show you one such an example, a real hybrid of Ford Mustang Supra that turns out to be very simple and highly effective setup, proving its worth and speed on the strip!
It is actually a 6-cylinder Ford Mustang, with a `junk yard engine`, as its owner is saying. But really, the entire setup of this car is 100% stock, a 2JZ-GTE swapped `Stang, with a 76mm turbo on it, mated to a TH400 transmission. And as above mentioned, we can say by all means that is a definition of a simple but fast as hell car!
