Hennessey Performance TEST – 2014 GMC Sierra Truck On DYNO!

For all those who actually have a real need for towing big and heavy things, or for all the others who wants to feel a little bit of an extra grunt when they step on the acceleration pedal, the biggest automaker in the United States, General Motors, has come out with their latest 2014 GMC Sierra Truck with 5.3 liter V8 motor under the hood and their new 420 HP Silverado, powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine. And for all those who are not satisfied with these numbers, Hennessey Performance Engineering is offering their tuning packages: HPE 550, HPE 600 and HPE 650 for both of these models.

Thus, we have this video, released by one tuning shop, based in Texas, in which you can see their work on the supercharged HPE 650 2014 GMC Sierra truck. This includes 2.9 liter supercharger, along with an HPE camshaft, high flow intercooler system, high flow cylinder heads, and of course, all the action that can be seen at the dynamometer tuning process. As you will see it for yourself, the final outcome is 545 HP and 539 pounds feet of torque. It sure is one really impressive and great looking truck, check it out!
