Here we go with another interesting clip, dedicated to one of the best `Vettes, made in the 21st century, and definitely the most powerful in the C6 generation, the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. The video is actually meant for the Russian fans of this legendary American muscle, so I would take the liberty to say that for those amongst you who are big time Chevy Corvette aficionados, there won`t be many new things to hear, or find out stuff that you do not know already.
But anyways, I think that it would be good to see it ripping off the tarmac in the Moscow Raceway and listen to another review about your favorite car, especially because it really is made really great! So I will say only a few words, as an intro to what you are going to hear and see, about the great Chevy Corvette ZR1.
The C6 Corvette ZR1 is powered by the 6.2 liter motor, mated to a supercharger, that gives a total output to a 638 HP and 820 pound feet of torque to its rear wheels. However, the example which the Russians are having for a test drive is a tuned and upgraded model, and its engine can deliver 750 HP and 1 000 pound feet of torque.
While it was still in development, the initial name of the Corvette Zr1 was Blue Devil. Very soon after it hit the market, the Chevy Corvette ZR1 started to prove that it really is the best out of the C6 generation, achieving great results on and off the track, so it quickly won the hearts of the Corvette fans all over the world. This is the reason why it is still one of the most wanted Chevy Corvette models, and also, the reason why we keep on showing you new clips with this legendary American muscle ride.
