More Details From RIMAC On Richard Hammond Crash!

As we all know on June 10 Richard Hammond was involved in a big car accident during the test drive of the 1,206HP Rimac Concept_One in Switzerland. Probably he was driving to fast and he has lost control in one of the sharp bend, so the electric supercar overturned outside of the road. Richard got an injury on his knee and fortunately he got out of the car before got burst into flames.

He is recovering very fast and we hope to see him in the next episode of The Grand Tour! Considering the speed of about 120mph and all the events that followed the accident, it`s amazing how Richard only got a fractured knee. That means the Rimac Concept_One is incredibly safe supercar.

In a statement of the Rimac Automobili CEO Mate Rimac announced, the supercar  had flown for almost a 1,000 feet before hitting the ground outside of the road and it was tumbling 300 feet outside of the road it originally ran off because of the high speed. You can see his FACEBOOK POST HERE!
