Coy Harvey is a guy who works for a pest control company, before that he used to work for a Mustang restoration company. This car was found buried under garden tolls, all kinds of assorted debris, Christmas ornaments and baskets. It`s like finding the Holy Grail! What a Mustang GT350 Barn Find!



When Coy Harvey entered the garage for the first time and saw this Magnificent 1966 “Carry-Over“ GT350 found in a barn buried under all kinds of stuff, he immediately called his old friend Jeff Krueger with whom he worked on restoring Mustangs. When they entered the garage again, the owner removed all the debris, but lucky for them she didn`t cleaned the car. The car was original and untouched and the seats are from 1965.

This car is owned by Marilyn Garrett, which was previously owned by her late husband Malcolm Garret. And she is a real car enthusiast, she had some very pushy buyers for this Shelby, but no, that`s not going to happen. She loves this Shelby.

This Shelby has a roll bar inside, so it can be made legal for racing. One seat is missing because it was pushed out so it to save weight. And the previous owner Malcolm Garret raced it for a year. All kinds of stuff related to this Shelby are still preserved. Like the Competition Log Book and Drivers Record, which contains a record of every race this car entered. Krueger even found the original tachometer, preserved.
