We Are Introducing You THE ICON – 1986 PONTIAC FIREBIRD “KITT”!

I do not think that I have to announce this next legendary muscle monster that you are going to see in the following video that we have prepared for this article. It is the legendary KITT from the “Knight Rider”, a 1986 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am, completely modified into a `modern crime fighting machine`! And depending on where you are coming from, the name David Hasselhoff can conjure a different kind of images for you, whether it is from the Knight Rider, or maybe Baywatch, or maybe just a washed-up actor who appears on TV from time to time. But one thing about Hoff is for sure, and that is his connection with one of the biggest car icons in the modern pop culture -- The Knight Industries Two Thousand (KITT).

The most significant thing about the KITT muscle car is that due to its modifications, it transformed the 1986 Pontiac Firebird from a regular car that you probably would not even notice on the road, into an ominous looking monster that will make you fall in love with on the spot. All those mods changed the entire character of this car and made it what we all know it to be today.

But without me chit chatting too much about it, just watch the video and take this journey with Christopher Rutkowski and learn many things about this awesome car that we would all love to have. And if you want to see other iconic cars that were the main stars in many Hollywood movies, click here.
