You know us, we absolutely love everything remote controlled! Today we have special treat for those of you that like military aircraft. We are talking about the Airbus A400M, which is a transport aircraft made for military use. However, an RC Airbus A400M made an appearance at the Airliner Meeting in Oppingen, Germany back in July 2015. Needless to say, it was a star at the show! This remarkable replica is incredibly detailed and it even has the flags of all countries that use this aircraft! German engineering is known to be almost perfect, and this RC airplane proves it.
Although it is much smaller than the actual aircraft, this RC Airbus A400M is still quite big for an electric model. It has a wingspan of 12.4 feet, a length of 12.7 feet and a weight of 83.7 pounds! Don`t let the size fool you though, because this RC model can soar through the skies just like the real aircraft! Also, we have to give credit to Hannes Heppe, the pilot of the plane. He did a terrific job at flying and landing this magnificent specimen. If you want to see the RC Airbus A400M in all its glory, the video is below for your enjoyment.
