Hyundai Marketing Recognized at 2013 EX AWARDS for its Creativity and Execution!

Two Hyundai Marketing Campaigns- Hyundai Show Your Loyalty Program and RE: MIX Lab- Awarded for their Creativity and Execution.

The marketing team of Hyundai received one of the most important marketing awards in terms of acknowledgment of the marketing achievements. So, the 2013 EX Award was officially given to Hyundai for its Show Your Loyalty campaign. Hyundai also received an award in the category Best Activation of Sports Sponsorship in which it was better than Pantech and Allstate. As far as the B-to-C category, Hyundai ended with silver, for its RE: MIX Lab. within the Best Live+ Digital Program.

The prestigious EX Awards were established in 2002 and give recognition for marketing accomplishments. This year, the Award giving ceremony took place in Chicago and more than 800 competitors participated in the 31 category contest.

Mr. Dan Hanover, editor in Event Marker and Event Design Magazine, said that Hyundai has done a marvelous job connecting both traditional and modern marketing strategies and enabling customers to become more related to the brand. Mr. Steve Shannon, vice president of Hyundai Motor America`s marketing department said that the essence of the RE: MIX Lab and the Show Your Loyalty Program campaigns was to come closer to buyers and customers and at the same time to include all types of media. He added that the results of the campaigns were far higher than they expected.

Hyundai`s Show Your Loyalty campaign included support given to 25 famous college football teams and resulted in 151 events all over the USA. The high position Hyundai occupies in the 2012 Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index contributed to connecting Hyundai`s customers and the passion for football.

As far as the Hyundai RE: MIX Lab campaign is concerned, it was oriented more towards culture, technology and music. The campaign lasted 13 days and took place in New York, Las Vegas, Chicago, Miami and Los Angeles. It included luxurious cars such as 2013 Genesis Coupe 2.0T R-Spec with its classy look and high-quality performance, then 2013 Veloster Turbo with its affluent audio system and the touchscreen station and the 2013 Elantra with its luxurious appearance and equipment convenient for long trips.
