Hail The 1968 Chevy Camaro Apollo by “Pratt & Miller”!

“Pratt & Miller” is a name known to anyone who has even the slightest interest in motorsports. The Pratt & Miller team conquered eight consequent GT1 manufacturer and team championships for Corvette and Chevrolet Racing and won 72 trophies in 102 races. Their Pontiacs won many manufacturer and drivers championships in the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series as they were the mind of the Cadillac`s factory race program in the SCCA World Challenge GT. This dubbed Camaro Apollo is a car built especially for John Hendricks, the chairperson and founder of Discovery Communications.

As you might guess, the name of this car comes from the shifter, a joystick from an Apollo mission. The 6-cylinder engine has been replaced with a V8 LS9 supercharged engine with 760 HP and amazing 840 lb./ft. torque. This ride also posses: 18-inch Coys wheels, Heidt rear suspension, Wilwood brakes, sub-frame assembly by Detroit Speed, T 6060 6-speed close ratio transmission…
