Hello my dear fellow Gearheads! I`m sure that most of you do not limit their passion and curiosity for big and powerful engines, strictly to our favorite machines on four wheels, right? I mean, there is not a slightest doubt in the mind of any of us, that our interest for learning new things, and expanding our knowledge, is mostly focused on the powerful and mean domestic muscle beasts, spiced with some of the best, (mainly) European and Japanese engineering achievements. But checking out something different, like an impressive jet-plane engine, or some powerful boat diesel engine, is always welcome, to give us the proper dose of diversity, that we all need from time to time. Thus, today we have prepared something that we believe is going to be of interest to many of you. A powerful, 1 200 HP blown jet boat with alcohol injected engine, a product of the legendary Biesemeyer company, that is producing boats, and boat engines since the year of 1958. The following years, they had become `a boat to have`, in the powerful race classes, like the “SK”, “SS” and “K”.

It is known that the Steel Marine company from Phoenix, Arizona, is now building Biesemeyer powered boats, but unfortunately, there is not much of an info that can be found about them. However, from what we could have found out, these boat engines are well known, and highly appreciated, amongst the people who are dealing with boat engines.
And from what we could see in the video below, in which we have a 1 200 HP alcohol blown Biesemeyer boat engine, it is clear that these are real `aquatic monsters`. That is why we are hoping that it will intrigue you enough to check it out, and to share your thoughts about it with us in the comment section below.
And as an addition to the Biesemeyer jet boat engine, we have prepared another one video clip, with very similar jet-engine, the 1972 Hallet jet-boat, for which unfortunately, we do not have the exact list of specs to give you. But we hope that you would not mind that a lot, because our main goal is to show you what a thrill and adrenaline rush experience is to feel the power of this blown monster in action.
