The revolutionary hypercar that is co-developed by Red Bull Racing and Aston Martin was formerly known by its codename – AM-RB 001. However, now the car has finally arrived and we have the official name that goes by Aston Martin Valkyrie! This name represents an excellent lineage of Aston Martin cars that starts with the letter `V`.
This tradition started back in 1951 with Aston Martin`s model Vantage. Now we have the Valkyrie in all its glory and you can see a glimpse in the video below. By the looks of it, the Valkyrie is one awesome expression of state-of-the-art technology.

In this second video, you can see the Aston Martin Valkyrie being presented at the Geneva Motor Show 2017. The technical development of the Valkyrie was given to Red Bull Racing`s brilliant engineering legend Adrian Newey. Aston Martin announced that the Valkyrie with its V12 engine delivers staggering 1,000 horsepower.
When you combine all of that power with the car`s weight of only 2200 pounds you get an extraordinary 1:1 power-to-weight ratio. What this means? It means that it will be fast as lighting! However, with a production limited to only 150 examples, it will be extremely exclusive, reserved only for the super-rich and super-lucky.
