As we all know their show American Choppers was broadcast by the Discovery TV and they were very successful company which might end up by using their money so quickly. They would need a lot of time and expenses in order to liquidate the company, so their loses could become much bigger. They already claimed that their Headquarters cost more than $13 million to build and they were working in the building since 2011.
However the team of the Orange County Choppers were forced to surrender because they had inadequate funds and their building was put to an auction and the new owner got a pretty good deal.
