OMG! Hydrogen Peroxide dragsters! Fastest one is recorded by a Sammy Miller a 1/4 mile time of 3.5 sec. @404mph. Unfortunately since the Russians use hydrogen peroxide for rocket propulsion, the U.S. no longer allows civilians to purchase large quantities of it.
This is done by pumping pure hydrogen peroxide through a silver screen. The silver strips off the extra oxygen atom and the result is explosive power. The only by-product is steam and oxygen…there is no combustion or moving parts.
