Most of the products you will need, cost about 20 dollars, or 10 dollars for one headlight! This is a really cheap way of increasing the value of your car! In order to do this, you will need scissors, a garbage bag and tape, which are used for taping off the hazy headlights! You can decide whether or not you want to keep the headlights on the car while doing this trick. Paper towels, three types of sandpaper, a spray bottle, rubbing alcohol and a clear coat are the rest of the items you will need. It is very important that the clear coat is non-yellowing and UV resistant!
The process starts with taping the edges of the headlights, making sure there is no car paint exposed. You continue by spraying the headlights with water and spraying the sandpaper with water as well. If your headlights are very hazy, you should start with 400 grit sandpaper. In case they are not that hazy, you should use 600 grit sandpaper. Start scrubbing the headlights with the sandpaper while constantly spraying water on them.
