The thief probably broke inside his property couple of time before which made the man very angry and decided to put an end to it.
The man knew exactly where the thief would get in from and what would he do, so he set up a camera on the corner and watch the burglary at the moment of happening. He was waiting for the thief, and couple of minutes later, there he was.
He entered from the ventilation system and got inside a hall. Little did he know that there was a man watching him. Once the door was closed, it could not have been opened anymore. It was a double plated door, so breaking one was nearly impossible. The thieves trap seemed to have been working well hence the burglar immediately lost his mind. He started kicking and punching the three doors in the hall, but he simply could not open any of them. Even when the man who was filming him opened the white door, there was no exit there.
