When it comes to rocket science everything has to work perfectly flawless, everything must be pinpoint accurate so the mission can be called successful. Unfortunately, after all that time spent on developing and researches, striving towards perfection, sometimes the things we create fail us. Today`s story is such an example. It is about a recent rocket launch which turned out to be unsuccessful. We are talking about the Russian rocket PROTON-M which was carrying Mexican communication satellite named MEXSAT-1.

This satellite was manufactured by Boeing Satellite Systems and weights 5.4 tons. According to the Russian media, the telemetric system stopped functioning seconds before placing the satellite in the orbit. Meanwhile, Roscosmos (Russian Federal Space Agency) officials are doing their best to locate the problem. Unnamed source states that flight control was lost 498 seconds after take-off. The Ministry of Emergency Situations is also notified for this occurrence.

In the first one you can clearly see the rocket`s launching and also computer image of the rocket in space as well as a graph showing the rocket`s location. On the other hand, the second video shows how the massive rocket was transported to the launching site and how was prepared for take-off.
