Here is One LEGENDARY CHARGER DAYTONA On The Dyno!

CHARGER DAYTONA Dyno pulls Lee Sicilios Hemi Daytona Landspeed car

Here is a video clip with one famous Charger Daytona that we have found, Lee Sicilio`s car. Watching it pulling on the dyno fulfills me with positive vibes and puts a big smile on my face, and I think that it has to do with that bad Daytona`s aggressive stance and pure Hemi sound.

For those amongst you who are not familiar with this legendary car and its driver I will tell you in short, that Lee Sicilo is a guy from Texas with a special penchant for salt, especially the one at Bonneville. Therefore, he and his 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona “Wing Car” are holding a great number of records in “Classic” category, and one of them is the record at Bonneville Speed Week at 274.514 mph. in the A/BGALT class. According to his own words, now he is trying to set a new speed record of 300 mph and make that Charger Daytona the fastest ever.

Today you will not see it running wild and fast as hell, but as above mentioned, this video is in order to feel the power of that mighty 498 cubic inch HEMI, made by Ray Barton (Lee`s long time friend and engine builder) who is well known for his work on Hemi combos for the Super Stock class in NHRA competition. As the video info is telling us, during this dyno test, this big HEMI pulled 930 HP.

So check it out and enjoy that beautiful sound and see what a real beast of a car looks like when starts rocking and rolling on the dyno. And if you want to find out more about Lee Sicilio`s Charger Daytona, click here.
