Being gearheads, what we have here will definitely make you shed a tear or two. Many details and images have recently surfaced showing up to 144 abandoned exotic cars lying dormant and gathering dust in Vietnam. According to sources, it is assumed that these vehicles were confiscated by local authorities in Hanoi in 2013. The cars were confiscated from a car trafficking ring that is believed to have smuggled up to 600 luxurious vehicles illegally over Vietnam`s borders.

The trafficking ring was busted by the Vietnamese police on the 5th of May, 2013. The arrests were made after the police discovered 15 vehicles being smuggled across to China.

Since the arrests, these 144 abandoned exotic cars have been kept in a huge warehouse, collecting dust. The range of vehicles seized is extremely expensive. You will be totally blown away by the models included. We think that the most expensive one is the exceptionally opulent Maybach 62S.

Up next you will be able to see a very expensive 750 Li BMW and Audi A6, A7 and A8 models. Elsewhere, visible cars include a Ferrari 430 Scuderia, Ferrari F430 Spider and a Maserati GranTurismo. However, this doesn`t even begin to cover the whole lavish collection of luxury cars.

Other cars include the likes of a Porsche Cayenne S, Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, multiple Range Rovers, Rolls Royce models and one amazing Bentley Continental Flying Spur in gloss black. Multiple Mercedes-Benz S-Class models were seized as well. The plans of the Vietnamese government regarding the abandoned exotic cars is uncertain. Usually law enforcement agencies or governments auctions off confiscated cars. However, they rarely sit deserted for two years.

We really hope that soon enough all of these cars will be auctioned off and be driven legally again. It really sadden us to see these poor babies lying dormant like this. They are meant to be driven hard.
