If you are one of the many who never had the chance to fly with the ever best and absolutely fastest civilian aircrafts that were built and circulating the air traffic, you should not bang your head against the wall, because positive vibes are coming from overseas. And as it often happens, best things are coming in small packages, right? What we have here is another perfect replica of a real airplane, the in/famous Concorde, that is powered by a two turbine engines, weighting a little bit over a hundred pounds and almost as fast as the original. Well, not quiet, but it is getting there. After the first R/C Airbus was made about four years ago, two years later the Swiss airplane enthusiasts did it again, this time miniature version of the Concorde -- the Concorde RC plane.
As you will see in the video bellow, not just that it looks exactly like the original, but it actually imitates the well known way that it lifts into the air and than lands on the ground. I do not know about you, but these things leave me literally speechless.
I would just suggest that it would be nice if they mount a small camera inside the cockpit, so that its owner could fly it from its computer and become some sort of a simulator. But leave all that aside and watch the Concorde RC plane video, it is really impressive, believe me!
