Who knows how many times have we seen Chris Fix`s videos that helped millions all across the States and probably the world. His mother, who had supported him always and about everything, has always been telling that she loves the Ford Thunderbird. Not only the Thunderbird, but the classic light blue one! However, the eleventh generation his mom likes, was only made from 2002 to 2005 which makes this classic very difficult to find. The reason there are not out there is because they did not really sell well… who knows why.
However, Chris Fix has an army of devoted followers and subscribers who helped him find this car via social media, or Instagram to be more precise. One thing helped him the most, autotempest.com which is a car website merging all great sites for buying cars – craigslist, ebay, Auto trader etc.
However, Chris found a Ford Thunderbird on this site, he found plenty to be honest, but one in particular caught his eye. It was not the classical light blue, but it was still a special edition blue-green. He definitely loved the car, it was in good shape, great on bumpy roads as the Jaguar engine allowed him to accelerate endlessly.
