2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo Racing Concept

Hyundai Australia unveiled the 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo Race Concept on the Australian International Motor Show last year. The car was developed by a company that has experience in engineering and designing the race cars. The vehicles meets the regulations of FIA and CAMS Tarmac Rally Competition.

Exterior Modification on the 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo Race Concept!



This racing car is based on a regular Hyundai Veloster Turbo. It has been rebuilt and stripped down in order to to become a fledged rally competition car. The notable modifications done to the car are: Kevlar high performance fuel lines, DMS 4-way adjustable suspension, Project Mu brake pads, Super Pro brushes, 18-inch Team Dynamics racing wheels and Pirelli P-Zero Trofeo tires.

In place of production Veloster Turbo goodies, in the racing concept was instaled carbon fiber-clad interior, carbon Recaro seats, multi point 3-inch seat belts, racing steering wheel from Sparco, anti-glare dashboard and for the end CAMS FIA compliant roll cage.

Performance of the 2013 Hyundai Veloster Concept!

This Veloster Race Concept carries a 1.6-liter turbo engine under the hood with a 6-speed manual transmission. With this Veloster Race Concept, Hyundai will compete in the Australian Production GT as well as in the Australian Rally Championship.
